At Fubonet 14 S.L. (hereinafter, THE CONTROLLER) we care about privacy and transparency. In accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of their personal data (GDPR), and with Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), we hereby inform you in detail about the processing we carry out.

02Purpose of processing

At Fubonet 14 S.L. we process the information provided to us by interested parties for the purposes of administrative, accounting and tax management, as well as to handle enquiries and booking requests submitted through our contact channels.

The personal data provided will be kept for 5 years or until its deletion is requested, and for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

We also measure, in aggregate, how the website is used (which profiles are viewed, saved as favourites or lead to a tap on a contact button) in order to improve the service. No cookies or identifiers stored on your device are used for this: your IP address and browser are turned into a pseudonymised code using a key that changes every day, which neither identifies you nor tracks you from one day to the next, and which is deleted after 90 days. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of Fubonet 14 S.L. in understanding how its website is used.

03Legal basis

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the consent of the data subject, in accordance with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, as well as Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

04Recipients

No transfers of data to third parties are envisaged except where required by law. No transfers of data to third countries are envisaged either.

05Your rights

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not Fubonet 14 S.L. is processing personal data concerning them.

1. Right of access to your personal data.
2. Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
3. Right to erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
4. Right to request the restriction of processing, in which case we will only retain the data for the exercise or defence of claims.
5. Right to object to the processing of your data, which we will cease to process except on compelling legitimate grounds.
6. Right to data portability.

If you have given your consent for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal. If you feel your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) through its website: www.aepd.es.

06Source of the data

The personal data we process comes from the data subject themselves. The categories of data processed are identification and contact data (name, phone number and email address).
